In the first workshop of this new musical piece, Black, queer love stands at the forefront. Through the lens of iconic black musical forms and the sonnets of Shakespeare, we tell the story of The Seer and his journey of healing and self-realization. Filled with style, beauty and passion, this piece encapsulates the essence of black excellence. A first for New York University Tisch School of the Arts, this production features both an all-black cast AND creative team.
