Part of Project BLANK’s The Salty Series, Poetry+Sound In 2 Acts brings an intimate evening of music, poetry, and theater to Bread & Salt Gallery. Act One features a first-time live collaboration between experimental musician Wilfrido Terrazas and poet Ronnie Yates, exploring the space where language dissolves into sound. Act Two presents The Mexican Husband, Fabiola Carranza’s powerful bilingual reimagining of a Brecht play, confronting immigration, love, and systemic injustice through performance and live score. Expect a night of close listening, bold storytelling, and urgent, boundary-crossing art.
