A powerful intergenerational exhibition at the San Diego Mesa College Art Gallery brings together Chicana artists from Los Angeles and San Diego to explore identity, activism, memory, and healing through portraiture. Spanning Baby Boomers to Millennials, the show connects ancestral traditions, magical realism, and contemporary social justice themes through richly symbolic figurative work. Featured artists include Barbara Carrasco, Yreina D. Cervantez, Marianela de la Hoz, Karla Diaz, Katie Ruiz, Ale Ruiz Tostado, and more.
