“Trust in my Frame” is a premier solo exhibition of photographs and video installation that tell the story of a search for the self, using the language of light and composition. The images are drawn from a series of auto-biographical self-portraits, building a visual narrative of our journey to self-reclamation. Travel along with JenMarie as she marks some of the significant turning points in life, sometimes unexpected and incomprehensible, while the works themselves are both reassurances and fragments. She presents us with an opportunity to reflect upon the multiple tensions and curiosities we encounter that allow us to face loss and the spectrum of one’s emotions, arriving at insights, intuition, and possibility.
