For three exclusive evenings, Chef Flor Franco will craft a 4-course culinary journey inspired by the immersive artwork of Ben Guerrette, who will transform CHAPEL into a multi-sensory exploration of the four elements—Water, Fire, Earth, and Air.
Guests will dine within a living artwork of light, sound, and video, where each dish reflects the elemental themes through flavor, presentation, and story. With expertly curated wine pairings from Baja Wine + Food, this unforgettable experience blurs the line between cuisine and art, inviting you to taste creativity in its most elemental form.
