Jesus Oba is an Enrolled Agent, Certified Public Accountant, and failed entrepreneur who focuses his practice in international tax matters. He is a former president of the San Diego Chapter of CalCPA and his office is in Shelter Island. When not in his office, he’s likely to be wandering the streets of Ocean Beach.
