Each workshop in this 4-part “Arts Law” series, organized with California Lawyers for the Arts, will be comprised of a 35 min presentation followed by 20 min of Q&A with attorneys in a wide range of topics including Branding and Trademarks/ Copyright and Intellectual Property / How to set up your organization as a nonprofit, LLC, etc., and changes in tax laws that affect creative industries.
