2019 An Artist @ the Table with MARIA MINGALONE

Now in its 4rd sold-out year, An Artist @ Table invites the general public to dine with some of San Diego’s most visionary arts leaders. This year’s edition featured an incredible fine dining experience designed to engage all 5 senses, presented by Vanguard Culture Culinary Director Chef Daniella de la Puente.

Guests enjoyed wine pairings from the Valle de Guadalupe presented by Baja Wine + Food and gorgeous rooftop views of Downtown. The welcome cocktail was generously presented by CaliFino Tequila. On Saturday, June 15, 2019 we welcomed featured artist Maria Mingalone, the Executive Director of the Oceanside Museum of Art (OMA). Featuring a gorgeous menu inspired by OMA’s current exhibition, Valya: She.

Oceanside Museum of Art’s Executive Director, Maria Mingalone

Located in a burgeoning coastal city along the cultural corridor between Los Angeles and San Diego, Oceanside Museum of Art (OMA) explores new, relevant, and historical art of Southern California. Like art itself, OMA is always fresh, sometimes edgy, sometimes traditional, and frequently unexpected. The OMA experience stimulates imagination, presents new ideas, and challenges the familiar in a welcoming environment for those new to art, longtime museum-goers, artists, art students, or simply the curious.
